Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Significant corporate experience at the ELT level
• A proven track record in delivering Executive/Leadership Coaching services
• Desire for flexible working arrangements to meet client demands
• Qualifications/accreditations in executive coaching such as a Postgraduate Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Management, along with relevant coaching accreditation with ICF (preferably at PCC level)
• Board experience is desirable
