About the Opportunity

Pattle Delamore Partners, a renowned environmental and engineering consultancy in New Zealand, is seeking a strategic leader to join their senior leadership team. As the HSQE Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental practices. With a focus on compliance, risk management, and crisis preparedness, you will influence the direction of the business and have the potential for shareholding.

What You'll Do

- Develop and enhance integrated management systems for HSQE. - Manage and maintain HSQE certifications and accreditations. - Ensure compliance with legislation and assess risks across all areas. - Foster a safety and quality culture within the organization. - Lead the HSQE team to achieve high performance. - Collaborate with senior leaders to promote a cohesive team culture.

What We're Looking For

- Degree qualified with a relevant occupational health and safety certification. - Minimum 15 years of experience in a QHSE leadership role. - Proficiency in HSQE management systems like ISO certifications. - Previous experience in a consultancy environment is advantageous. - Strong leadership and communication skills.
