Job Requirements

At The Plant People, we are looking for individuals who are not only physically fit and hardworking but also possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Previous experience in horticulture is a definite plus, and holding a full Class 1 driver's license (Class 2 and WTR are advantageous) is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are also key requirements for this role.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of maintenance tasks on various sites, including high-end residential properties and commercial premises. Your duties will involve general garden maintenance, such as weeding, pruning, hedge trimming, weed eating, planting, mulching, and more. You may also be required to assist other teams within the company on landscaping projects.
