With a strong emphasis on superior customer service and effective communication, we are currently seeking a dedicated Workshop Foreman to join our team.

Role Overview

As Workshop Foreman, the ideal candidate will be an experienced WoF mechanic with excellent leadership qualities. This role requires overseeing the efficient diagnosis and repair of various vehicles, while also managing and supporting a team of technicians. The position offers a great opportunity for a licensed WoF inspector who enjoys mentoring others and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct up to four WoF inspections daily, while providing adequate time to supervise and assist staff.
• Interact with customers both in person and over the phone.
• Lead the team to deliver top-notch work and maintain efficient job flow.
• Effectively communicate with technicians, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with the Admin Manager on job estimates, part sourcing, and client updates.
• Utilize the SAM/Orion system for job management.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on vehicles.

Location and Benefits
