Job Description

We are currently looking for an Experienced Landscaper to join our team in Flat Bush. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of hands-on experience in landscaping, proficient in both hard and soft landscaping techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform various landscaping tasks including hard landscaping (e.g., paving, decking, fencing, water feature installation) and soft landscaping (e.g., planting, mulching, pruning, irrigation installation).
• Operate and maintain landscaping machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Lead and supervise a small team of landscapers, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on site.
• Maintain accurate project records for documentation and invoicing purposes.
• Occasionally assist other teams on larger landscaping projects to promote teamwork.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in landscaping.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Certificate or Diploma in Horticulture or related field.
• Valid NZ Class 2 driver license and WTR endorsement.
• Valid Site Safety Card preferred.
• Experience in carpentry work and excavator operation preferred.
