Job Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Travel Designer to join our team due to the growing demand from international visitors. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to clients, with a focus on attention to detail and personalized service. Key Responsibilities

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Travel Designer
• Extensive knowledge of luxury accommodations and experiences in New Zealand
• Creative thinking and attention to detail in itinerary planning
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot and online reservation systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility in adapting to changing work environments

Location

This full-time position is based in Auckland CBD. However, we offer the flexibility to work from home, providing a work-life balance for our employees.
