Social Media Creative Lead Position at The Creative Store

The Creative Store is actively seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Creative Lead to join their team in Auckland Central. This senior-level position comes with a competitive annual salary of $90,000 – $100,000.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, creation, and implementation of Social Media programs for client partners, focusing on social video.
• Develop an on-brand social media content strategy with tactical approaches for each channel.
• Manage and lead social video projects, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
• Ideate on-brand social content, particularly on TikTok, by developing scripts and concepts aligned with the brand's strategy.
• Organize social video shoots, including talent and location coordination.
• Engage clients to align tactical content with strategy and gather feedback.
• Create performance reports for optimization purposes.
• Participate in new business pitches and activities.
• Lead and mentor a team of Social Video Producers and Coordinators.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders internally.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Graphic Design, Adobe Creative Suite, and Premiere Pro.
• Demonstrable passion for social media.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team of content professionals.
