About the Role

As a leader at Bunnings, you will play a crucial role in leading day-to-day store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and creating memorable experiences for customers. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of direct reports, setting an example of best service, coaching the team on service behaviors, and ensuring merchandising standards align with business requirements.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an ideal candidate with previous retail leadership experience, a passion for customer service, and merchandising standards. You should have the ability to achieve results by working closely with your team, coaching and developing others, as well as being approachable and confident when interacting with team members and customers.
