Job Overview

As the lead for the façade project on a commercial office block, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction process. Your responsibilities will include managing the façades, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, reporting on project progress, and leading a team of installers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial facade, curtain wall, and window systems, as well as the ability to interpret architectural plans and drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the façades on the commercial office block
• Lead and drive the team to project completion
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Prepare and submit QA and site reports
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Manage and lead installers

Skills & Experience Required

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven ability to drive a construction project
• Proficiency in Procore and Excel
• Experience in commercial facade, curtain wall, and window systems
• Ability to interpret drawings and architectural plans

Benefits
