Overview

A reputable company is seeking experienced Project Managers with a strong background in heavy infrastructure, specifically in roading and water infrastructure. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $140k to $170k and is located in Auckland.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee projects exceeding $40 million in value
• Manage project lifecycle from tendering to closeout
• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project delivery
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Monitor project progress and address deviations
• Utilize project management software for tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience
• At least 5 years as a Project Manager in projects exceeding $10 million
• Experience in heavy infrastructure projects, particularly in roading and water infrastructure
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
