As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have the chance to work on a variety of exciting client-side projects in both the building and infrastructure sectors. You will play a crucial role in delivering professional quantity surveying services and shaping the future of the team.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Maynard Marks, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing cost estimates and Bills of Quantity
• Undertaking tender reviews and contract administration services
• Providing financial reporting and settlement of final accounts
• Developing strong stakeholder relationships

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Minimum 4 years quantity surveying experience in the New Zealand construction market
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and contract conditions
• Experience with cost estimating software
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Membership of RICS or NZIQS
