About the Role

The Family Start Worker position is a full-time role that requires a versatile social/family worker with a passion for supporting families to build confidence in parenting and improve their overall well-being. Key responsibilities include accessing community resources for families, utilizing the 'Parents As First Teachers' approach, and having a Level B social work qualification and registration with the Social Worker Registration Board. Proficiency in Pacific languages and computer literacy are beneficial for this role.
