As the Festival Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our much-loved Festival held annually in May. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial systems, including reconciliations, invoicing, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Day-to-day office management
  • Record-keeping and regular reporting
  • Database management
  • Board management
  • Oversight of compliance

Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Proficiency with financial systems
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Sharepoint
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to understand and follow processes and implement new systems
  • Meticulous attention to detail

Benefits and Location
