About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team in Glenfield, Auckland. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for general reception duties and providing administrative support for site operations and supply chain teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers, visitors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department
  • Managing customer purchase orders, order allocations, and invoice generation
  • Assisting with inquiries and orders
  • Managing meeting room appointments and reservations
  • Maintaining inventory levels of office and lunchroom materials
  • Handling basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
  • Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, proficiency in basic computer skills, attention to detail, and a positive demeanor. You must also have the right to work in New Zealand.

Working Hours and Application
