The Opportunity

Stella + Gemma is seeking a dedicated individual to fill a newly created full-time role at their business headquarters in central Parnell. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role involves a diverse set of responsibilities including office management, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, tax preparation for NZ and Australia, payroll coordination, overseeing customer service and administrative staff, and HR administration. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director, supporting daily business operations and special projects, ensuring smooth operations both locally and internationally.

Skills & Experience Required

The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience in a similar position within New Zealand. Familiarity with MYOB Advanced is preferred. A track record of adding value, collaborative work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results are essential. Previous experience in the fashion industry is advantageous due to the fast-paced and seasonal nature of the business. Strong recommendations from referees emphasizing exceptional performance and dedication are a must.
