Job requirements:

- Field-based role visiting debtors in their homes - Negotiate payment arrangements with debtors - Ability to communicate and empathize with debtors - Comfortable with long hours and working away from home - Clean criminal record and full NZ driver's license - Desire to work hard and earn a high income

Job responsibilities:

- Negotiate payment arrangements with debtors in the field - Communicate effectively with debtors from all walks of life - Work long hours Mon-Thurs and shorter hours on Fridays - Follow industry compliance and regulations - Work as part of a team and support colleagues

Qualifications:

- Previous field-based debt collection experience preferred - Ability to think outside the square and problem-solve creatively - High energy, self-motivated, and team player - Ability to maintain a positive attitude and sense of humor

Skills:

- Strong communication skills - Empathy and respect for others - Assertive, quick thinker, street smart - Resilient with good judgment - Attention to detail and process-driven - Ability to engage with diverse personalities - Ability to work in a fast-paced, active role
