Role Responsibilities

  • Providing support for software, hardware, and networking on desktops, laptops, and servers
  • Maintenance and support on legacy products
  • Support for enterprise products
  • Performing disk replacement on enterprise storage products
  • Installing and maintaining PCs, networks, servers, and peripherals
  • Supporting network products operationally and from a maintenance perspective
  • Handling installs, moves, adds, and changes as required
  • Testing and certifying PCs, networks, servers, and client-approved applications
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to Service Level Agreements

Requirements for Success

  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship
  • High school diploma required
  • 6 months to 1 year of hands-on technical experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronics training
  • A+ certification preferred
  • Manufacturer certifications (e.g., EMC, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Apple, Unisys, COMPTIA, NETWORKPLUS)
  • Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues
  • Knowledge of servers, Microsoft/Linux/Unix applications, network protocols, and PC support
  • Client communication and analytical skills
  • Microsoft Server Certified Professional Certification or relevant experience
