If you have a proven track record in the Steelmaking Industry or Refractory Sales/Installation, along with a strong focus on customer service and business growth, we want to hear from you. We are seeking a self-motivated professional who is resilient and ready to work closely with customers to drive business growth. As a goal-oriented individual, you will thrive on achieving excellence and meeting targets. Proficiency in supervising trials, managing equipment, stock, and troubleshooting is essential, along with technical qualifications and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

About the Job

This role will focus on a key customer based in New Zealand and will be a key member of our Oceania Team, reporting to the Oceania Sales Manager. As a Refractory Service Specialist, you will work closely with Customer Installation and Operation Teams, as well as Commercial and Technical contacts globally. Your responsibilities will include supervising refractory linings processes, providing technical support, organizing customer trainings, supporting demand planning, and managing projects. You will also be responsible for documentation, reporting, and ensuring the competitiveness of RHI Magnesita products within the customer's supply chain.
