Holdson is seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Director to join their team and contribute to their legacy.

Role Overview

The Finance Director position at Holdson is not limited to financial oversight but extends to areas like Operations, Human Resources, and Health & Safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and a modern approach to system implementation. This role requires a hands-on attitude towards managing the company's financial well-being and supporting various business functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies
• Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and reporting
• Manage cash flow, investments, and risk activities
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Lead Human Resources and Health & Safety functions
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the board
• Champion ESG goals and activities

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA or CA qualification, at least 5 years of experience in senior finance roles, proficiency in financial software, and advanced Excel skills. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Holdson is open to candidates with the right attitude and willingness to develop their skills.
