Job Opportunity: Finance Manager in Mount Wellington

Overview

A large commercial organization with an Australasian footprint is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join their team. This hands-on role, based in Mount Wellington and offering a hybrid working model, involves managing a finance team and supporting the CFO with various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and upskill finance team
• Financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with government, taxation, and accounting regulations
• Prepare and assist with annual planning, budgeting, financial analysis, and planning
• Lead audit process
• Fixed asset management
• Ad-hoc project work

About You

The ideal candidate should have:

• 2+ years of experience leading a finance team
• Degree in Accounting or Finance and CA, CPA, or CIMA preferred
• Strong background in Tax-related tasks (New Zealand Tax)
• ERP system experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $125,000 to $135,000 per year along with additional benefits. The organization provides excellent benefits and a stable work environment for employees.
