Overview
A large commercial organization with an Australasian footprint is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join their team. This hands-on role, based in Mount Wellington and offering a hybrid working model, involves managing a finance team and supporting the CFO with various accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and upskill finance team
- Financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with government, taxation, and accounting regulations
- Prepare and assist with annual planning, budgeting, financial analysis, and planning
- Lead audit process
- Fixed asset management
- Ad-hoc project work
About You
The ideal candidate should have:
- 2+ years of experience leading a finance team
- Degree in Accounting or Finance and CA, CPA, or CIMA preferred
- Strong background in Tax-related tasks (New Zealand Tax)
- ERP system experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Benefits
