As an intermediate solicitor, you will focus on bonds/financial markets or bank regulation, working on a variety of financial markets transactions for top-tier clients. This includes handling sustainable finance, bonds, regulatory capital, and derivatives. The role offers a stimulating and challenging environment suitable for an enthusiastic self-starter.

Qualifications & Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have commercial law firm experience and a keen interest in corporate finance, particularly in financial markets and advisory work. A strong academic background is essential for this role. Candidates with 3+ years PQE looking to advance their career are encouraged to apply.
