Overview:

Baker Meech is seeking a talented junior lawyer to join our team in Parnell, Auckland. This exciting role focuses on property finance and related advice and transactions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with Partners, gaining hands-on experience, and developing your skills in a supportive learning environment. Our team is known for its commercial approach, specializing in property finance, project and development finance, insolvency, and debt recovery.

Requirements:

• Have a current practicing certificate or be eligible to hold one
• Preferably have 2 years PQE in private practice in New Zealand
• Experience in banking and finance and/or conveyancing is preferred
• Tech-savvy with experience in LINZ
• Ability to relate well to our team and clients
