They are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to take charge of finance, IT, HR, and payroll operations, while providing strategic input to the Directors. Responsibilities

  • Oversee accounting and compliance tasks including monthly reports, financial statements, and cash flow projections.
  • Manage finance operations such as tax, payroll, and internal controls.
  • Develop financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets to support the company's growth objectives.
  • Lead human resources activities, payroll, and compensation strategies.
  • Oversee information technology functions and ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller in NZ or Australia.
  • Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant with CA firm experience.
  • Experience in light manufacturing and stock systems preferred.
  • Prior work experience in small to medium-sized privately owned businesses.
  • Must be currently living in NZ with the right to work in the country.
