About the Role
In this role, you will provide key business support by offering valuable analysis and financial acumen to the Business management team. Your responsibilities will include strategic partnering, reporting, data insight provision, planning, and commercial oversight to ensure effective commercial management and improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate financial information and advice to business teams
- Develop and implement management systems and reporting for enhanced business services
- Conduct analysis to identify profitability enhancement opportunities
- Build and maintain budgets and forecasts for fiscal discipline
- Prepare commentary, presentations, and business cases for key stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Relevant tertiary education in finance, accounting, or similar discipline
- Exposure to the civil or construction sector would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with a focus on continuous improvement

Salary Range:
$130,000 - $160,000
