Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with facilities companies, councils, property managers, and building owners
  • Coordinate the operational work of field technicians
  • Provide Building Warrant of Fitness Certificates
  • Offer progress reports to the Key Account Manager

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • High standards of business ethics and Environmental, Health & Safety
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages
  • Troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
