Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant to support Partners within our Audit division at KPMG New Zealand. The role involves providing administrative support to senior stakeholders, coordinating meetings, managing travel arrangements, and assisting with various business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Review and collate reports, create presentations, and prepare documents.
  • Manage diaries, organize meetings, and arrange travel.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and support business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with PA group, handle confidential information, and organize internal/external events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of PA/administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive with problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with senior management.
