Your Role at PSN

As a Fundraiser at PSN, you will play a crucial role in managing the Shine account, nurturing existing donors, and spearheading acquisition campaigns. Working alongside a talented team of specialists, you will focus on individual donor care while collaborating on various projects to drive donor growth and engagement. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing successful fundraising strategies, including initiatives to increase regular donors, corporate/community contributions, and organizing annual events to support families in need.

Your Skills and Experience

If you are an experienced Fundraiser with a passion for making a difference, we are looking for someone like you! In addition to a proven track record in fundraising, event management, and donor relationship building, we seek candidates who possess:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Innovative thinking and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in budgeting and reporting
  • Full NZ Driver's License
