About the Role

As a General Manager at The Doctors Quaymed, you will play a vital role in leading and developing initiatives to enhance the quality of services provided to the community. Your responsibilities will include operational leadership, financial planning, budgeting, and accounts management. You will work closely with the leadership team to drive positive change and foster a culture of excellence within the organization.

Key Requirements

• Prior experience in Health Management is desirable
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in operations and change management
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Financial management or accounting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
