At Kelly Club, we are dedicated to providing kids with quality-focused, nurturing 'home away from home' experiences in our out-of-school care and holiday programs. With over 4 million booked sessions since 2007, we are proven leaders in the industry, inspiring Kiwi kids throughout New Zealand.

Role Description

As a Kelly Club Staff Member, you will be provided with comprehensive training and support to excel in your role. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the well-being and enjoyment of kids in our programs
• Building positive relationships with kids, parents, school personnel, and team members
• Motivating kids in their daily activities and tasks
• Prioritizing the safety and security of all children in our care

Working Hours

Enjoy flexibility and work-life balance with our out-of-school care hours:

• Before-School Care: 7am - 8:30am
• After-School Care: 2:30pm - 6:00pm
• Holiday Programme: 7am - 6pm (rostered shifts)

Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Social, kind, and punctual
• Passionate about working with kids and being part of a team
• Keen to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

As part of our commitment to child safety, successful applicants are required to undergo a Police Check. Staff recruitment is conducted in compliance with the Children's Act (2014), and all applicants must have the right to work in New Zealand.
