About the Role

Ruminant BioTech (RBT) is seeking a passionate individual to drive their global regulatory strategy and execution. As a pivotal role within the company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive regulatory approach to meet business objectives worldwide. The focus is on ensuring RBT's products comply with regulatory standards across various jurisdictions, aligning with the business strategy.

What You'll Do

As the Global Regulatory Strategy Lead, your responsibilities will include shaping a regulatory approach for RBT globally, preparing key regulatory documents, anticipating and addressing regulatory challenges, and overseeing the execution of the regulatory strategy. Collaboration with internal teams and consultants is essential to ensure product development meets necessary standards.

What We're Looking For

- A passion for environmental sustainability and agriculture - A degree in Science, preferably with a post-graduate qualification - Minimum of 10 years of regulatory experience across multiple jurisdictions - Strong understanding of regulatory processes and effective strategies - Excellent leadership, influencing, and collaboration skills
