Job responsibilities

- Design and execute innovative seasonal menus - Recruit, train, and mentor a team of skilled chefs - Manage kitchen operations and maintain food quality standards - Monitor and manage labor costs, food costs, and waste - Oversee stock control, supplier relationships, and ordering processes - Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications
