Role Overview: Head of Marketing

As the Head of Marketing at Oyster Property Group, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for our company and asset portfolio. Your responsibilities will include leading the development of marketing initiatives, prioritizing brand elevation and growth, analyzing market trends, managing media strategy, overseeing digital marketing efforts, and driving innovation and revenue generation.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic marketer who is ready to step into a leadership role or an experienced professional who can elevate our marketing function to new heights. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, excellent communication skills, and expertise in tools like Marketo, Salesforce DC, Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Marketing Role
• Demonstrated leadership experience and strategic mindset
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and executives
• Strong organizational skills and project management capabilities
• Proficiency in Marketo (or similar software), Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress, and social media platforms
