Overview

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for enhancing and implementing operational functions for a leading luxury design and manufacturing brand in New Zealand. As the Head of Operations, you will work closely with the founder and CEO to drive operational excellence and contribute to the company's growth goals.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the operations team to meet operational goals
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Optimize supply chain processes and inventory management
  • Manage key external supplier relationships
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for demand forecasting
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Monitor operational metrics and assess performance
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of commercial experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and data analysis tools
  • Experience in inventory forecasting, controls, and reporting
