Your Role

As the Head of Operations, you will have a pivotal role in shaping and executing organizational strategies. Your responsibilities will include leading the operations team, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of risk mitigation and safety adherence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the formulation and execution of organizational strategies
  • Guide and supervise the operations leadership team
  • Formulate and oversee policies and procedures
  • Design and manage operational budgets
  • Streamline workflow and adapt to evolving business needs
  • Coordinate third-party relationships
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Foster a culture focused on risk mitigation and safety
  • Collaborate with senior managers to achieve organizational objectives
  • Utilize data analysis for strategic decisions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in operations management
  • At least 2 years of industry experience in emergency response services
  • Strong analytical abilities and exceptional communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams and complex projects
