Your Role

Located in East Auckland, this leadership position requires a focus on team management, client service, and strategic planning. As the Head of Domestic Insurance, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting a team of Domestic brokers and support staff
• Developing and implementing service strategies to enhance client satisfaction
• Collaborating with Commercial teams to identify new selling opportunities
• Participating in the transition to a new broker platform
• Managing high-value client accounts and setting an example for the team
