About the Opportunity

The Head of School will play a crucial role in the strategic and academic development of our brand new School of Education. Responsibilities include leading the development, management, and leadership of programmes with a focus on student success. You will also oversee the performance of the School, manage tutors, and work closely with the Group Academic Director to ensure high-quality programme delivery.

About You

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of a Master's degree in Education, full teacher registration, and at least 5 years of experience working with ECE, Primary School, and/or Secondary School students. Experience in teaching adult learners, a strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and familiarity with NZQA standards are highly desirable. Additionally, having a full New Zealand driver's license and strong industry stakeholder networks will be advantageous.
