Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for academic management, teaching, administration, and student success in an offshore setting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of courses, maintaining relationships, and fostering an equitable culture of student success.

Essential Skills and Experience

To excel in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree, a teaching qualification in relevant fields, at least five years of teaching experience in EAP, and a strong background in curriculum development and assessment. Excellent communication skills, cross-cultural competence, and a commitment to equity and diversity in teaching are essential.

Timeline and Benefits

The position is a full-time, fixed-term role from June 2024 to February 2025, with a competitive salary range of NZ$115,000 - $120,000. The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive orientation and induction programme before traveling to China to start teaching.
