Auckland Primary Health Organisation is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Health Coach. This permanent 0.75 FTE (30 hours per week) position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role

As a Health Coach at The Calder Medical Centre, you will play a key role in providing wellness support to patients and Whānau. You will work closely with individuals to help them achieve their health goals by promoting lifestyle changes, self-management, and connecting them with necessary support services. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Has experience in Tikanga and Manaakitanga
• Is self-motivated and enjoys working in a team
• Has a background in community outreach, health, or fitness
• Is passionate about affecting positive change in the community
• Has strong cross-cultural communication skills
