Job requirements:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Health & Safety/OSH - 3-5 years experience in Health & Safety Advisory/Business Partner roles - Strong technical health and safety knowledge with experience in retail, hospitality, or construction - Ability to operate in diverse environments and relate to people at all levels

Job responsibilities:

- Coordinate health & safety programs, audits, investigations, and provide advice - Monitor risks and promote a safe working environment - Review and evolve safety policies and procedures - Implement initiatives to enhance safety culture - Oversee audit program and ensure remedial actions are taken

Qualifications:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Health & Safety/OSH - 3-5 years within Health & Safety Advisory/Business Partner roles

Skills:

- Strong relationship-building ability - High level of energy and motivation - Ability to achieve outcomes by influencing others - Strong communication and coaching skills
