About the Role

As a key player in the HR department, the successful candidate will report to the Head of HR at MACVAD. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on HR tasks and strategic involvement, providing ample support for professional growth and development. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, facilitating performance appraisals, coaching and mentoring employees for growth, overseeing HRIS systems, leading health and safety initiatives, and contributing to HR strategy.

Requirements

• Strong background in HR management
• Thorough understanding of NZ employment law and HR best practices
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Integrity, sound decision-making abilities, and a compassionate approach
• Organizational and planning prowess with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software

Pay & Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100k to $130k, along with an annual bonus, carpark, and birthday leave entitlement.
