Human Resource Manager Full-time Job

Job Description

Are you looking for a permanent, full-time role in Auckland City Hospital, Grafton? We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join the Cardiovascular & Women's Health Directorate. This role involves providing strategic human resource management advice and contributing to the development and delivery of the organization's People & Communications plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and strategic HR management advice
• Support the organization's business plan
• Travel may be required to Greenlane if designated area

Preferred Experience

• Experience in the Public Service, working with unions
• 5+ years knowledge in HR Management
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Previous leadership experience
• Knowledge of NZ Employment legislation
• Background in the Health/Medical industry
