Join Our Team as a Reporting BI Specialist in the Infrastructure Sector!

We have an exciting 6-week contract opportunity for an experienced Reporting BI Specialist to support the HR function within the infrastructure sector. This role involves developing data visualization solutions for people data to provide the business with essential reports while also reviewing processes to ensure systems are optimized and streamlined.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop data visualization solutions for HR functions
• Collaborate with HR/Payroll SMEs
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Present data effectively through process mapping
• Integrate data from various sources using tools like PowerBI Desktop and DAX

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Proficiency in PowerBI Desktop, PowerBI Service, and DAX
• Experience in HR and payroll data analysis
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and derive meaningful insights
• Strong problem-solving skills
