Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on people management and development practices
• Implement people-related strategies within the assigned portfolio

• Offer advice and coaching to people leaders

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or related field
• 5-7 years' experience in a generalist human resources role
• Strong ER background and understanding of employment law
• Ability to provide coaching and advice to people leaders
• Demonstrated business focus and understanding of business issues
