Responsible for providing People & Capability (P&C) services to leaders within the Northern Region(s), the role involves supporting decision-making, developing strategies to enhance work environment and culture, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Salary

The salary range for this role is competitive, with the mid-point at $170,033 and a full range of $144,529 - $204,040. Remuneration will be based on skills and experience relevant to the role.
