Join Our Team as a Health and Safety Business Partner
Are you an experienced Health and Safety professional looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract as a Health and Safety Business Partner in a large complex business environment.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for raising Safety capability by coaching and mentoring front line staff to influence and drive safety culture across the organization. Our business is committed to achieving safety and wellbeing excellence, and key deliverables for this position include:
- Proven record of Health and Safety Business Partnering and Engagement
- Safety as a visible core value in everything that is delivered
- Developing Leaders - Execution through line managers that model Felt Leadership
- Enabling the frontline - Front line workers committed to working injury-free while improving safety practices
- Managing Critical Risks - Effective and practical controls in place
- Driving Accountability - an H&S governance structure that delivers outcomes cascaded through the business
