Passionate Employment Lawyer’s with 3-4 years PQE as an associate or in-house lawyer won’t want to miss this! Our client has created a new role for an In-House Legal and ER Lead as their organisation continues to expand. The role will act as the go-to position for everything and anything employment relations and HR law. You’ll be responsible for resolving employment disputes, negotiating and mediating HR issues and ligating when required.
Our client’s ideal candidate will possess the following:

- 3-4 Years PQE dedicated to employment law, demonstrating a high level of understanding in NZ’s employment legislation.\t
- Ideally you would’ve worked in a more commercial environment or setting, i.e. in-house legal work for a commercially driven industry such as banking or finance. Or have worked for a larger firm with clients of varying sizes across commercially focused industries. \t
- Admitted to the bar within NZ. \t
- A qualification is of course necessary, but with a focus on Employment law through a Masters thesis or specialisation within law school is preferred.
