Role Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the administration team
• Handle end-of-month billing processes
• Manage workflows efficiently
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Streamline processes and improve efficiencies

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal, preferably in litigation
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience in end-of-month billing
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Commitment to process improvement
