Role Overview

As the Programme and Project Controls Lead, you will be responsible for improving programme and project schedules, overseeing project controls, and leading the implementation of robust scheduling. Your role will involve working closely with Programme/Project Managers/Directors to ensure effective management of scope, time, and cost with timely reporting for the Executive Leadership Team and Board.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Establishing and maintaining standard programme and project controls tools and processes.
• Developing and enhancing programme/project schedules for internal and external stakeholders.
• Implementing Earned Value analysis techniques and tools.
• Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on programme and project controls data.
• Leading the implementation of robust scheduling and cost controls.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Seven to ten years of relevant experience in programme and project controls.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Extensive knowledge of infrastructure planning, design, and delivery processes.
• Strong project/programme management and planning skills.
• Certification in Project Management (desired).
