Responsibilities

This is a hands-on tradesman role that also involves supervising tradesmen and training apprentices. As a Senior Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing project work and various jobs. Your key tasks will include ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining team productivity, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification. You will also be accountable for providing tradesmen and apprentices with the necessary equipment, tools, and materials for efficient work execution.

Skills Required

• Significant and broad range plumbing trades experience
• Leadership experience and expertise
• Solid job planning capability
• Strong relationship management capability
• Continuous improvement orientation
• Proven problem-solving ability
• Manpower planning and scheduling skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a highly productive team
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Practical working knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace
