Exciting Opportunity for Quantity Surveyor / Estimator in Auckland

This role offers a great opportunity to work on Fit-out & Refurbishment projects in Auckland and its surrounding areas.

Responsibilities of a Quantity Surveyor:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Estimating team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing tenders ranging from $100k to $2m
• Evaluating bid specifications and reviewing plans and drawings
• Developing relationships with customers and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Attending client meetings and interviews

Requirements for the Role

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 2-5 years of experience in Estimating or Quantity Surveying in the construction industry
• Qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced IT skills
